Use PowerTranslate

PowerTranslate™ is the collective name given to a number of powerful features to help professional translators be more productive and efficient in their work. PowerTranslate enables translators to automatically translate files, research a term using concordance and re-use translation from all industry standard TM technologies.

Quickly find untranslated strings

1. Open phases.tkk using File - Open Project Your project is where you manage and organize all the files that are to be localised.,

2. Select String View() from the Project Toolbar.

3. Click on the root The Project Title is referred to as the Root of a Project TTK File. All files and folders are inserted relative to the Root of your Project TTK File. of the Project TTK and select All String mode from the top of the Navigator pane.

4. Go to the Project Workspace pane and select the Untranslated filter.

Translate Duplicate strings

1. Click on the folder Software Application and ensure that your in All String mode.

2. Repeat the previous steps but select the Duplicate filter.

Translate Web Pages

1. Open phases.tkk using File - Open Project,

2. Select WYSIWYG View () from the Project Toolbar.

3. Click on the folderWeb Sites in the Project Navigator and click on a HTML Hyper Text Markup Language : Format used for representing internet pages in WEB browsers. file.

4. The Project Workspace window will display the Web Page using the visual HTML Editor.

5. Using the mouse click on text in the HTML page and translate it using the Translator Toolbar.

Use Auto-Translate to automatically translate a Project TTK

1. Click on the folder Software Application and display all untranslated strings.

2. Use the PowerTranslate Toolbar and click Auto-Translate ().

3. This will translate all segments using active translation memories.
