When to Import a Section into a Catalyst TTK

When the sections that were previously exported are translated and returned from your translators you will need to import these sections.
To import sections of a Project TTK go to File > Import Section in the Catalyst UI.

Importing a Section in Catalyst

In the import section form, the list box on the left will display the contents of the Project TTK file you wish to import.
The list box on the right will display the items that you have selected to import into the active Project TTK file.

1. In the Import File Name entry box, specify the name of the Project TTK file that contains the sections you wish to import.
2. Once this file is loaded, the contents of the Project TTK will be displayed in the Import Data tree control.
3. Select an item from this tree control using the cursor or mouse. Then select the button to move it to the Active TTK Project tree control. You can select group or individual items for import.
4. Select the OK button to import your selected sections into the active Project TTK file.

Incorrect items selected for importing

If you've select an item for import by mistake, simply re-select the item in the Active Project TTK tree control and then select the button. This will move it back into your active Project TTK file.

Unable to import section into TTK

Only previously exported sub-sections of a project TTK can be imported. When a sub-section is imported it will overwrite the existing sub-sections in your active Project TTK, effectively overwriting its translation and meta-data.
