Create Test Bug Report

Use Validate Expert to test Project TTKs once they have been translated. This is commonly referred to as an Acceptance Test. Many organizations will run an Acceptance Test on translated file to determine the quantity of problems introduced during the translation phase.

Finding Localization bugs

1. Open the Project Your project is where you manage and organize all the files that are to be localised. TTK file Final_Phases.TTK. This is the file that was created in the previous exercise.

2. Click on the root The Project Title is referred to as the Root of a Project TTK File. All files and folders are inserted relative to the Root of your Project TTK File. of the Project TTK and select Validate from the Experts in the Project Navigator.

3. Click on the Report tab and type ForQAManager.xml as the name of the Test Bug Report  you'd like to create.

4. Press OK to run Validate Expert and create a Test Bug Report.

The contents of this report will also be displayed in the Results Toolbar. To quickly go to the location of a problem, click the error message with the mouse.
