Analyze projects and predict schedule and translation costs

The Analysis Expert provides accurate statistical analysis of translation re-use and helps project managers plan project schedules and translation costs for desktop, mobile and online applications. It calculates the number of segment matches between project TTKs and Translations Memories. The Analysis Expert can process all industry standard TMs and create project reports that can be used to determine costs, level of translation re-use and project schedules.

• Industry Standard TMs Supported: Analyze content from all industry standard TMs and determine re-use and translation costs in an instant. The Analysis Expert supports TMs such as: TTK, TMX, XLIFF, TXT, SDL TM Server, and TRADOS Translators Workbench.

• Process single or multiple files: For maximum flexibility, the Analysis Expert can process single files, groups of files or folders containing files. This provides a powerful yet simple way to create analysis reports on small or large projects and automates the creation of large statistical reports in localization projects.

• Create Project TMs: Once an analysis is completed, a project TM containing all segment matches, including exact and fuzzy's can be created. This can be distributed to translators to help them maximize their reuse of previous translations and keep localization costs down.

• TRADOS Compliant Reports: The Analysis Expert was designed in conjunction with SDL and is 100% compatible with Teamworks 3.0 and TRADOS Translators Workbench. This provides consistency in calculating translation costs when both products are used side-by-side.
