Customizing CHM Options

 

Use CHM Settings to define the command line parameters to be used when building a localized version of a CHM file.

Execute CHM Compile Command

 

Select this option to build a localized CHM file when extracting a CHM file from a Project TTK.

The HHC Compiler is a Microsoft utility that ships with Visual Studio.NET. This uses the Project HHP file to created a compiled CHM file. If any conditional help tags need to be defined however, they should be in this dialog box.

Alchemy CATALYST requires the Microsoft Help Compiler to be present when working with CHM files. This is available free from Microsoft and also is included in the Tools  folder on the Alchemy CATALYST product CD-ROM.
