Exporting to SDL MultiTerm

Use File - Project Export to export the contents of a Project TTK to a SDL MultiTerm database. This database can be stored locally or remotely on a server.

Other Options

Select the fields to be exported from the Project Your project is where you manage and organize all the files that are to be localised. TTK:

	File name: Check this radio button to include the name of the file that a string from in the exported data.
	Resource type: Select this option to include the string resource type in the exported data.
	ID: Select this option to include the ID (if available) of a string during a Project TTK export.
	Memo A brief note that is assigned to an item in a TTK project file: Select this option to include the contents of memos in the exported data.

	Translated segments: Select this option to export only translated strings into a SDL TRADOS Translators Workbench file.
	Untranslated This is the default Translation Status applied to all items inserted into a Project TTK. segments Select this option to export untranslated segments into a SDL TRADOS Translators Workbench file.
	Flagged Segments: Select this option to export flagged segments into a SDL TRADOS Translators Workbench file.
	Custom: Select this option to export segments with a custom status.

Additional options that can be selected are:

	Remove duplicate strings: Select this option to ignore all duplicate strings during a Project TTK export.
	Remove lead/trail spaces: Select this option to remove all spaces from the start and end of each string.
	Remove ampersands: Select this option to remove all hotkey characters from exported strings.
	Exclude locked/frozen strings: Select this option to ignore all strings that are locked or frozen during a Project TTK export operation.

	Termbase: Use the browse button to locate a SDL MultiTerm database to export the Project TTK contents to.
	SDL TRADOS user ID: Use this option to specify a valid logon ID for SDL MultiTerm.
	Source language: As SDL MultiTerm files are multilingual, use this option to define the source language of the terms being exported.
	Target language: As SDL MultiTerm files are multilingual, use this option to define the target language of the terms being exported.
