Use Alchemy Layout Manager to automatically layout translated dialog boxes and avoid the overhead of doing it manually. Alchemy Layout Manager will scan each dialog form and will automatically resize and reposition all controls to fit translations. This automatic process takes a fraction of the time required to do this task manually.  It operates on MFC dialog boxes and .net forms (unless the controls have been set to auto-layout).

To Layout Software Applications

1. With a project open in Catalyst, click on the project title in the Project Navigator or the dialog/form you wish to layout.

2. Launch the Alchemy Layout Manager from the EXPERT ribbon to layout many  dialogs at a time.  Alternatively, with a single dialog selected, click the Layout Dialog button in the Dialog group in the OBJECT ribbon to automatically create a new layout for this dialog box.
