Where are the languages settings in Alchemy Catalyst?

In Alchemy Catalyst the Project toolbar has two combo boxes, for Source and Target languages respectively. These display the language settings for the currently open file, and allow these settings to be changed. This toolbar can be seen in the screenshot below.

The Source language setting applies to the original terms in a TTK or opened executable. The Target language applies to the translated terms in a TTK or opened executable.

Target Language used to extract ANSI files

When an ANSI file is extracted, its resources are converted to ANSI based on the Target language that is set in the TTK. CATALYST therefore uses the Target language setting to determine what code page the target file's data should be saved in and what language properties are appropriate to the extracted file.

Default Language settings in Alchemy Catalyst

The Tools | Options | Project Languages dialog in the Alchemy Catalyst UI has the default languages settings in Alchemy Catalyst.

When the 'Use these settings as Default' checkbox is turned off in the Project Languages dialog, the user is asked to decide on a language in several situations:

File | Open (when an executable is chosen).

Object | Import Translations (when an executable is selected in the Navigator).

Tools | Find & Replace (Batch of files, Replace option turned on).

Tools | Pseudo Translate Expert (Batch of files).

If the 'Use these settings as Default' checkbox is turned on in the Project Languages dialog then each time that a new TTK is created it will have the setting in this dialog. Also the user will not be asked for Project language details as indicated above.
