Changing the status of a String

Solution

Change the status of a string using buttons on the Translator Toolbar

On the translator toolbar, there are five different buttons for changing the status of strings in the Workspace Window, as seen in the screenshot below.

On the Translator Toolbar there are options to change the status of a string to:

Locked, Untranslated, For Review, Signed Of and Flag segment.

Click on any to set the status of the string.

Change the status of a string using Shortcut Keys

You can highlight a string in the Workspace Window and change its status using the following shortcut keys:

Untranslated      Ctrl + Shift + U

Locked                Ctrl + Shift + L

For Review         Ctrl + Shift + R

Signed Off          Ctrl + Shift + S  

Flag segment       Ctrl + Shift + F
