News and Updates | Catalyst Online Training | Poll and feedback

Dear Alchemy Technology User,
Cyril Vallin

Hello from Ireland!

While normally I would deliver a series of technical articles on Catalyst in this TechBytes quarterly newsletter, this issue will be an exception. You will remember in the last release I wrote about the new launch of Catalyst 11 and delved into some of its exciting new features. Since then, I have compiled a new Online Training which I am delighted to announce is now ready on the Alchemy Software website.

This is something I am thrilled to announce. I created this resource in response to your requests for online training to support new users at your organisation, or to improve your knowledge of the tool. It includes assessments with video responses to test yourself.

I also thought it would be a good time to ask you for some feedback on the features of Catalyst. I am very interested to hear which Experts you use the most in Catalyst. Take part in this poll and win a Starbucks gift card worth €10 to get your favorite hot beverage while you take the Catalyst Online Training ;-)

Also, remember that all the released TechBytes articles are available on our website, in the Support section. Use your Support Centre login to access all the past articles along with other resources available to our premium support members.

As always, don't hesitate to let me know if there is any topic you would like covered in this TechBytes newsletter.

Cyril Vallin
Product Support Manager at Alchemy Software Development.
